Mr Ranken was a loyal customer to my wife, who made him the best coffee he'd ever had almost every day. He owned the E400 you'll find in my gallery as well. Between that, and this, he owned a classic - the C63 AMG.
When he told me he'd upgraded from that, I asked "how do you upgrade from a C63??"
